The team at Clad Metal Specialties (CMS) is proud to announce that the company has been acquired by Cleveland-based Prince & Izant Company, a long-term customer and leading manufacturer of highly engineered brazing alloys and precious metals for critical and demanding applications. CMS has 40 years of expertise in metal cladding technology, and the two companies share complimentary materials, customers and applications, making them a natural fit.

CMS facility and operations will remain as a C-Corp based in Bay Shore, NY with Denise Marcoccia staying on in a consulting role for a period of time to ensure a seamless transition. Customers can expect the same high level of service and support and no changes will be made without ample notification (i.e., payments, remittance, account information, etc.). The strengths and complementary capabilities of both companies reinforce their combined commitment to delivering innovative, high-performance materials to customers across the medical, aerospace, defense, electronics and industrial markets.
